PRESIDENT: Andrew neria

Andrew Neria is serving as the President of SBVAC for the 2026-2027 year. As President, Andrew is responsible for overseeing all executive matters, including SBVAC recruitment and community outreach. Andrew also serves as a cleared EMT-B and instructor for our probationary class.

VICE PRESIDENT: Soraya rahni

Soraya Rahni is serving as Vice President for the 2026-2027 year. As Vice President, Soraya is responsible for the maintenance of SBVAC headquarters, semesterly scheduling of weekly shifts, and assisting with executive matters. Soraya also serves as an emergency vehicle operator, EMT-B, and a teaching assistant for our probationary class.

TREASURER: madeline villalta

Madeline Villalta is serving as Treasurer of SBVAC for the 2026-2027 year. As Treasurer, Madeline is responsible for managing SBVAC finances. Madeline also serves as an emergency vehicle operator, senior driver trainer, EMT-B, and teaching assistant for our probationary class.

SECRETARY: zhihao hu

Zhihao Hu is serving as Secretary of SBVAC for the 2026-2027 year. As Secretary, Zhihao is responsible for managing SBVAC records, meeting minutes, call statistics, and patient care documents. Additionally, she maintains contact with our SBVAC alumni. Zhihao also serves as an EMT-B and a teaching assistant for our probationary class.
